Plan and organize a Troop Ethnic Potluck dinner. Invite a Brazilian family to participate in the dinner. Sign up Scout families in advance. Request family recipes. Invite guest. Plan date with Troop Committee.
Why:

Expose Scouts to diversity of ethnic food. Reach out to Brazilian family to let them know they are welcome in Scouting.

Provide Pictures of the event. Provide Recipe CD

I made a link to the event here.

One member of the town's Brazilian community attended the even and brought a dinner!

The event was combined with the Troop Court of Honor and paved the way for guest to attend the Court of Honor with a satisfied appetite.

As of this writing, I have not made the recipe CD yet but the recipes I received are posted in the event area.

Attendance was about 30-40 people. Possibly more!
